Sarah focuses on making one off pieces, each with its own distinct identity and signature. Striated engraving enhances the colour and transparency of the enamels, bringing a unique depth and luminosity to the work.

Gold and silver are polished to a satin finish, creating exciting tactile contrasts between metal and glass. Each work embodies memories - ‘a moment of light suspended in time’.

Sarah trained at Chelsea School of Art and Sir John Cass School of Art and is a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths and of the City of London. She has exhibited widely in the UK and abroad: Crafts Council Gallery, Electrum Galley and Lesley Craze Gallery in London, 11th and 12th Bienale Internationale d’Email, France, Kunstverein Coburg, Germany, Works Gallery, New York and American, Canadian & European Enamelists, USA and Galeria Fusion, Madrid.
